      <title>THE REPTILES (downstairs lounge)</title>
      <description><![CDATA[For over 30 years, The Reptiles, Bayonne’s legendary rock band, have been entertaining various clubs all over New Jersey. They’re not legendary because of their long tenure, but the combination of their showmanship and interaction with their crowd. A cover band which plays a variety of music, including blues and rock from the 50’s to the 80’s, their versatility entertains all ages. The Reptiles are: Founder, lead guitarist/vocalist, Alan Wyles, who has played with greats such as Del Shannon, Tommy James and the Shondells and Mike Bloomfield. Keyboard player/vocalist, Jimmy Carpenter, who has played in Vanilla Fudge, gives the band a unique background with his effects and solos. Bassist, Leroy “The African Prince” Dunbar, gives a solid bottom and can play virtually any type of music. Drummer, Leon “In the Pocket” Zdyb, produces a snap, crackle &amp;amp; pop sound that brings it all together. Rhythm Guitarist/vocalist, “Handsome” Matt Brancatella, provides a solid rhythm and unparalleled motivation. The members create an untouchable chemistry with their tight sound and harmony.       <title>YOUNG MUSICIANS MONTHLY CONCERT (Upstairs Theatre)</title>
      <description><![CDATA[The Arts Factory recognizes the importance to provide a venue for our youth to express their creativity. On the last Wednesday of every month, Our main theatre is open to local musical groups to play as part of a multi-band concert. Concert begins promptly at 6pm and will finish promptly at 10pm. Each show will feature four or five groups. The entrance fee is now been lowered to $5.00. Refeshments will be on sale during the show. Volunteers and parents are welcome to help chaperone the event. If you are a young musician and would like to find out more about this monthly event, you can contact Keith Chiappone at 201-779-9810. The Arts Factory is a not for profit organization. All proceeds help produce this and other events in the upcoming months.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[The Arts Factory has booked “Double Take” a dual female singing cover band to perform in the downstairs lounge. “Double Take” front girls are Jennie Riccio and Karalynn Morelli. Their combined vocal talents guarantee a powerful warm up for the audience that night. With cover tunes from Pat Benatar, No Doubt, Joan Jett, Paramore, Fallout Boy, Veruca Salt, Janet Jackson, Aerosmith and more, Jennie and Karalynn, plan on bring down the house. Backing the two siren beauties will be a Chris Krempa with his power driving bass. Pounding his impressive drum kit will be Sean Piersen. Sharing guitar duties will be Greg Bukshowany and Tom McCall.“Double Take” is no stranger to performing at The Arts Factory. They have made multiple appearances in the upstairs theatre as well as the downstiars lounge. Equally hot as the two vocalists is their loyal following.       <description><![CDATA[Chaz DePaolo is an internationally acclaimed Blues/Rock guitarist. He has toured extensively in the U.S. Canada and Europe.He has performed on stage with Buddy Miles,Jose Feliciano,Harvey Brooks,Blue Lou Marini,Brian Downey,Pete Brown, Monster Mike Welch,and the legendary David Maxwell.Chaz has also fronted the original Groundhogs Rhythm Section consisting of Ken Pustelnik and Pete Cruickshank. The &quot;Hogs&quot; have recorded with John Lee Hooker and have backed Little Walter and Jimmy Reed. Chaz performs 150 plus dates a year in the states and abroad.He has been featured on US national television on &quot;FOX AND FRIENDS&quot; as well as on the prestigious BBC network in England.UK'S &quot;Blues Matter's' magazine's Feb/Mar 2006 issue stated that &quot;this man can really develop into one of the most exciting talents in 21st century electric blues music.&quot;Chaz has a busy future ahead with the recording of 2 new upcoming cd's for 2007 release.A full length electric cd called &quot;Bluestopia&quot; and the no frills acoustic cd &quot;Flirtin Acoustic&quot;.These projects will follow his current release &quot;Flirtin With The Blues&quot;. He has opened for such Blues Giants as Hubert Sumlin and Buddy Guy and has recorded with The original Groundhogs Rhythm section. Chaz and the &quot;Hogs&quot; section recorded a self penned track called &quot;Cadillac Baby&quot; that was released in 2005 on 95 North Records compilation called &quot;Fins,Chrome And The Open Road&quot; 'A Tribute To The Cadillac'. This cd contained tracks from Maria Muldaur,Charlie Musclewhite,Monster Mike Welch,Kim Wilson,Rosie Flores,Rory Block,and the late Little Milton. A line up of Blues luminaries which further cements Chaz's credibility as a Bluesman of note. 2007 is an exciting year for Chaz. Wicked Instruments of Greenfield Park,Quebec,Canada will be releasing the limited edition &quot;Chaz DePaolo&quot; signature model guitar.
